Self-X, artificial intelligence for the european industry
The s-X-AIPI team has initiated its activities with a Kick-off Meeting in Valladolid, Spain, hosted by CARTIF. This new Horizon project which numbers 14 European partners, aims to accelerate the digital transformation of industrial production by developing new AI applications with autonomic capabilities. The challenge of simplifying AI technology interfacing and maintenance will be further tested in four industrial cases over the course of 3 years.
During the working sessions, which took place on 24 and 25 May, the project partners discussed the challenges and how to face them in the coming months.
MSI will be one of the main technology integrators in the metal use case as well as the leader of the work package of exploitation and replication of the key results of the project.
The s-X-AIPI project (self-X Artificial Intelligence for European Process Industry digital transformation) has been funded by the European Commission within the Horizon Europe programme (Project No. 101058715).
